California Incentives:
Candidate stipends and support; National Board Certified Teacher awards and other incentives.

California Education Code:
Title 2, Division 3, Part 25, Chapter 2, Article 13: defines the state awards for National Board Certified Teachers and the subsidy for candidates. Also authorizes the issuance of California teaching credentials for National Board Certified Teachers from other states.
